CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Packages are cleared Mondays and Fridays. They're usually available for pick up the next day. We handle customs clearance for you and if there are any duties charged it will be added to your invoice.

DELIVERY

For persons who are always on the go our delivery options are here for you. We offer free delivery to Portmore, New Kingston, Halfway Tree, and its surroundings for packages under 10 lbs. We also facilitate Knutsford Express deliveries to other parishes.

CREDIT CARD USAGE

If you don't have a credit card you can use ours! Speak to one of our agents for more details.

PARCEL FORWARDING

Have family and friends living abroad send packages to you via our U.S mailing address.

TRACKING

Track your package via our email pre-alerts or portal tracking system from the moment your packages arrive at our international warehouse to the moment it's available for pick up in Jamaica.

EMAIL NOTIFICATION

You will be notified via email step by step about the progress of your packages along with your package cost.
